�Vhereas: <br />�Vhereas: <br />The City of <br />Q��� <br />In Recognition of <br />ar ara as e <br />for her Distinguished Service to the <br />City of Roseville <br />Barb Mastel has lived, taught, coached and volunteered in Roseville since 1967; and <br />Barb and her husband, Mark, raised their four children in Roseville; and <br />Whereas: Barb's service to Roseville includes 6 years on the Parks and Recreation Commission <br />and 8 years on the Roseville City Council; and <br />Whereas: Barb's investment in the community includes volunteer service with the Central Park <br />Foundation, Rosefest Parade, Vista 2000, Advisory Committee for School District 623 Chemical <br />Awareness, Roseville Citizen Crime Prevention Association Board of Directors among numerous <br />other civic, environmental, governmental and social programs; and <br />�Vhereas: <br />service; and <br />�Vhereas: <br />Barb's service to Roseville is recognized as selfless and in the true spirit of public <br />Barb is an all around great public servant; <br />Now, Therefore Be It Resolved, that the Roseville City Council, on behalf of its citizens, e�tends to <br />Barb Mastel its gratitude and appreciation for her distinguished service to the City of Roseville. <br />In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Seal of the City of Roseville to be <br />affixed this 17th day of December 2001. <br />John Kysylyczyn, Mayor <br />John Goedeke, Council Member <br />Craig Klausing, Council Member <br />Dean Maschka, Council Member <br />
