a11 of the standards and conditions of this agreement ha�e been satisfied. For three (3) years from the date of this Agreement, no amendments to the CTTY' S Comprehensive Guide Plan or official controls sha11 apply to or affect the use, development density, site layout, or dedication requirements of the land included within the Planned Unit Development unless required by state or federal law or agreed to in writing by the CITY and the DEVELOPER. For any improvements proposed thereafter, notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the CITY may require compliance with any amendments to the City's Comprehensive Guide Plan, official controls, platting or dedication requirements enacted after the date of this Contract. 4.0 Approval by the CITY In approving the final development plan for the PUD for Roseville Estates Mobile Home Park, the CITY hereby incorporates the following e�ibits. The DEUELOPER shall develop the subject property as described or shown in these exhibits. If the e�ibits vary from the written terms of this Agreement, the written terms sha11 control. In the event the e�ibits address items not specifically addressed in this agreement, the e�ibits sha11 govern with respect to those items. The e�ibits approved as part of the PUD by the City Council on October 22,200 1, or as amended thereafter, include: PUD EXHIBITS Exhibit A Certificate of Survey and legal description of the property Exhibit B Final Site Plan with a11 concepts and plans for improvements. Exhibit D Landscape Plan with materials list, sizes, and locations of a11 plant materials. Dated: September 13, 2001. Exhibit E Improvements Plan with locations and a11 dimensions, new double-wide building footprints or pads, lighting waste enclosures including identification of building materials, and signage plan, identifying a11 proposed signage.
