I find it ironic that someone who has attended 3 of <br />our meeting is proposing such a wholesale makeover. Please be prepared <br />to explain what is the need for the changes why have five of the <br />existing rules been totally dropped. Why selective part of Masons rules, <br />why Mason's rules at all. This whole thing appears to be an effort to <br />change how the city is governed and not how we conduct our meeting.
