The City accounts for approximately 60% of the total student population in ISD 623 and around 5% of ISD 621. After a period of steady enrollments in ISD 623 covering the years 1993 2001 (approximately 2% decline toward 2001), the projection for the years 2002 2012 forecast a 13% decline. ISD 621 has shown a decline in enrollment during 1994 2001 of about 6% and is predicting a future decline in the coming years of around 11%.
