The Roseville Park and Recreation Department is currently developing an "Environmental Lands Protection Plan" that will also be incorporated into the 2001 affirmation. 2.10 Section 10 — Community Facilities: The Department of Public Works/Engineering has created digital mapping for the City's sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water-main, and all public easements. These maps are incorporated into the 2001 affirmation. 2.11 Section ll Implementation Strategies: The City of Roseville continues as a partner in the North Metro I-35W Corridor Coalition, a collaborative planning process for the 35W that included six other cities. For 200 1, the Build-Out Study illustrates housing units, jobs and per capita growth for the seven city Coalition through 2020. The Roseville City Council also approved amendments to the City Code, Zoning Section 1004 (Accessory Buildings) on February 12, 2001.
