<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD FEBRUARY 18, 1971 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice therof a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, Monday, the 18th day of February, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Moll, Cotmcilmen <br />Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5602 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN STREETS AND <br />UTILITIES IN WESTERN HILLS NO. 4 ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ban Con, Incorporated, as developers, have platted <br />Western Hills No.4 Addition and therein dedicated <br />certain streets, and pursuant to certain provisions <br />of Village Ordinance have undertaken to grade, sur- <br />face and construct concrete curb and gutter, install <br />sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer utilities <br />on said streets within said plat as follows: <br /> <br />WOODHILL DRIVE from KENT to MACKUBIN STREETS; south half <br />IONA LANE FROM DALE TO MACKUBIN STREETS; KENT STREET <br />FROM WOODHILL DRIVE TO IONA LANE; MACKUBIN STREET FROM <br />IONA LANE TO COUNTY ROAD "C". <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ban Con, Incorporated, have filed and also made their <br />request for approval and the final acceptance of said <br />streets and utilities by the Village of Roseville, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Public Works Director has examined and <br />inspected said streets and utilities and filed his <br />certificated indicating that the construction of said <br />streets and utilities have been completed in accordance <br />with all the requirements of the Village Ordinance and <br />recommends the acceptance of said streets and utilities <br />by the Vi1l age. <br />
