A <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />� * � � � * � � � * � � � * � � � <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the <br />4th of February, 2002 at 5:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present:, <br />and the following were absent: none. <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION <br />Authorizing Execution of a Joint Powers Agreement <br />With the City of Rogers <br />Relating to Cooperative Purchasing of Athletic Facilities Lighting <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville does hereby authorize the City Manager to enter into a joint <br />powers agreement pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 471.59 (Joint <br />Exercise of Powers) for the purchase of electric lighting systems for athletic <br />facilities, <br />The motion for the <br />by Member and u� <br />favor thereo£ <br />adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />�n a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
