FURNISHING FOOTBALL/SOCCER FIELD LIGHTING, AND COOPERATIVE BIDDING OF VARIOUS ATHI,ETIC FACILITIES LIGHTING 1NSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS CONTRACT DOCUMENTS Bidding documents, including proposal forms, specifications, etc., may be obtained from: Mailed Gary Eitel City Administrator 12913 Main Street Rogers, MN. 55374 Pick_up Rogers City Ha11 12913 Main Street Rogers, MN. 55374 Bidders must familiarize themselves, and examine and determine for themselves the location and nature of the proposed work, and the amount and character of the labor atld materials required therefore, and the difficulties which may be encountered. BIDDER' S KNOWLEDGE The bidders sha11 acquaint themselves with any and all changes in specifications and changes in methods or procedures or policies as may be set forth in these Contract Documents. If any person contemplating the submitting of a bid for the proposed contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the specifications or other proposed Contract Documents, he may submit to the City Administrator a written request for an interpretation thereof at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled bid opening. The person submitting the request will be responsible for prompt delivery. Any interpretation of the proposed documents will be made only by Addendum duly issued and a copy of such Addendum will be mailed or delivered to each person receiving a set of such documents. The City Administrator will not be responsible for any other explanation or interpretation. All proposals sha11 be made and received with the express understanding that the Bidder accepts the terms and conditions contained in these instructions and the plans and specifications, forms of contract and bond and any other contract documents referred to herein. If, after the proposals have been delivered to the City of Rogers, any difference of opinion sha11 arise as to the true intent or meaning of any part of the specifications, the decision of the City Administrator sha11 be fina1, conclusive and binding on a11 parties.
