The meeting calendar was approved 3-2 as proposed. <br />Kysylyczyn announced that rules 8 and 14, that failed, would be re- <br />addressed at the January 28 Council Meeting, and that the approved <br />rules could be amended at any time. Kysylyczyn informed the <br />audience and viewers to provide written comments or written <br />alternative proposed rules to Beets by no later than noon on <br />Wednesday, January 23, 2002, for inclusion in the Council packets <br />and for public distribution on the City's website. <br />E-4 Kysylyczyn nominated Council Member Kough as the Acting <br />Mayor. Maschka commented. Klausing indicated he will abstain <br />out of deference to Council Members Maschka and Kough. Roll <br />Ca11, Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Kough and Kysylyczyn. Nays: <br />none. Kough moved, Kysylyczyn seconded, to direct the City <br />E-7 Manager to enter into a professional services agreement with Mr. <br />Neu, for an amount not to exceed $6,500, to conduct Council Goal- <br />Setting and Team-Building Work Shops, as the Council's and Mr. <br />Neu's schedule allow.
