This Agreement will remain in effect until such time <br />as the costs listed are renegotiated. <br />Please execute the Agreement, provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance and return it to <br />the City of Minneapolis, Chief Seal, 350 South Sth Street, Room 230, Minneapolis, MN <br />55415.
