10.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCII, ACTION: <br />The Planning Commission and staff recommend that the Roseville City Council take the following <br />action: <br />10.1 By motion, approve the preliminary plat for Accessible Space Addition, creating two 35,824 <br />square foot lots from four existing parcels located in the southeast comer of Lexington Avenue <br />and Roselawn Avenue; <br />10.2 By motion, approve the FIRST READING of a rezoning (map amendment), changing the <br />property from its current zoning on four parcels from B 1, Limited Business District, B-2, <br />Limited Retail District, and B-3, General Business District to a Planned Unit Development <br />with an underlying zoning of B- 1, Limited Business and R-3 General Residence District on the <br />two lots, respectively; <br />10.3 By motion, approve the General Concept PUD Plan for a mixed-use planned unit <br />development consisting of a two-story 16,000 (gross) square foot professional office complex <br />in the northwest comer of Lot 1, Accessible Space Addition and a three-story 22 unit <br />supportive housing complex located in the northeast comer of Lot 2, Accessible Space <br />Addition, subject to the conditions listed in Section 7 of this project report. <br />Prepared by City Planner Thomas Paschke (490-2236); Dennis Welsch (490-2232) <br />Attachments: <br />Project narratives, general concept plan packet, zoning map amendment, site photos and draft planned unit development <br />agreement, traffic and engineering reports, Planning Commission DRAFT minutes from Feb. 6, 2002 meeting. <br />Application determined complete on January 24, 2002; 60-day review deadline on March 15, 2002. <br />Separate application required for Comprehensive Plan amendment and PUD Final Development Plan. <br />PF3224 — RCA Accessible Space Concept Plan 030402 Page 10 <br />
