7 <br />m <br />BYLWS-RS.01 <br />usual occupation and to a reasonable medical certainty, will remain <br />so throughout the member's lifetime. <br />"Pensioner" means a former member determined by the Board of <br />Trustees to be entitled to a service pension pursuant to the terms of <br />these Bylaws and State law. <br />"Separating Member" means a member of the Association who <br />terminates active service or active membership after ten (10) years <br />but less than twenty (20) years of active service and active <br />membership and who has attained the age of fifty (50) years. <br />"Vested" means an irrevocable right to receive some or all of a <br />benefit at Maturity. <br />"Minor child" or "Minor children" means a child or children under the <br />age of 18, living with and dependent upon the deceased member for <br />support while the deceased member was a member of the <br />Association, or who was born within nine (9) months after the death <br />of the member. <br />"Surviving Spouse" means a person who was the dependent spouse <br />of a deceased member or retired former member living with the <br />member at the time of the death of the active member or retired <br />former member for at least one year prior to the latter of the date of <br />death of the member or the date on which the member terminated <br />active service and membership. <br />17 <br />
