A. <br />The City Council met on the above date with all members present 5:32 p.m. <br />(voting order): Schroeder, Maschka, Kough, Klausing and Roll Call <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Work Session <br />I. Review of Regular Meeting Agenda Review Regular <br />Meeting Agenda <br />Kysylyczyn and Klausing discussed the agenda preparation <br />process. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, to lay the Klausing <br />Agenda on the table. Roll Call, Ayes: Schroeder, Kough, and <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: Maschka and Klausing. Kough indicated <br />he supported the ability of any council member to put things on <br />the agenda. <br />Council Members then asked questions about various regular <br />agenda items. <br />IL Additional Staff Presentations <br />A. Draft of Possible City Council Policy Issues and Goals City Council Policy <br />— Preparation for Work Shops with Carl Neu Issues & Goals <br />Beets presented an overview of the attachment that <br />presented potential City Council policy issues and goals. <br />B. Tour of Northwest Youth & Family Services NWYFS Tour <br />Maschka announced the tour and encouraged council <br />members to attend. <br />C. Discussion of HRA tour in Austin, Minnesota <br />Welsch discussed the activities of the Austin Housing <br />Redevelopment Authority, especially the market rate <br />apartments and subsidized townhomes. The Mayor <br />spoke about his desire to discuss ideas about an HRC in <br />Roseville. <br />Austin MN Tour <br />
