K. All seven of the sites sha11 have an Interim Use Permit with a five-year limit expiring in <br />September 2006. Renewal (if needed) with the required hearing must be requested <br />prior to June 1, 2006. <br />L. Each site must have a certificate of insurance with the Minnesota Risk Management <br />Division for liability. <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />8.1 By motion approve (approve w/additional conditions or deny) the request by the Minnesota <br />State Fair for seven Interim Use Permits to allow temporary off-street parking of vehicles <br />and bus transportation to the Fair Grounds for Bethany Baptist Church, Church of <br />Corpus Christi, Grace Church of Roseville, Roseville Covenant Church, Roseville Area <br />High School, St. Michael's Lutheran Church, and The Church of St. Rose, subject to the <br />conditions recommendation by the Planning Commission in Section 7 of this project <br />report. <br />Prepared by.
