The Interim Use Permits for Church of Corpus Christi, Grace <br />Church of Roseville, Roseville Covenant Church, Roseville Area <br />High School, St. Michael's Lutheran Church, and St. Rose do not <br />have an annual review component at this time. <br />L The City shall have the ability, should altercations, events, or <br />issues arise, to shut down a lot if deemed necessary by the City <br />Manager or his/her assignee. <br />J. The Community Development Staff, based on citizen complaints, <br />will administratively review each IUP to determine whether <br />modifications are necessary and forward such reports as necessary <br />for appropriate action. <br />K All seven of the sites shall have an Interim Use Permit with a five- <br />year limit expiring in September 2006. Renewal (if needed) must <br />be requested prior to June 1, 2006. <br />L.
