Roseville Home Improvement Loan — Low or deferred interest loan up to <br />$10,000 or not more than 50 percent of home improvement. The program is <br />intended to be used where gaps exist with other loan programs. The program can <br />be used for demolition if certain criteria are met. The loans are serviced by a <br />Housing Service Provider, contracted by the City of Roseville, to provide more <br />fle�bility and ease to the resident. These loans will also be used to help <br />properties in transition from a senior resident to a family.
