ROSEVILLE HOUSING PROGRAM SUMMARY <br />2001 ANNUAL REPORT <br />Monitor and Implement Housing Plans and Policies <br />. Reviewed and modify existing Roseville Housing Programs. Modified the <br />revolving loan program to more effectively meet homeowner's needs. <br />. 110 residents received over $1 million in assistance from State, County and City <br />housing programs. <br />Increase awareness of housing programs, Resource Center and counter information <br />to increase customer satisfaction with a quick response to requests for information <br />. Answered 96 requests for housing information. <br />. Encourage building inspectors to disseminate housing information on <br />inspections. <br />Update and prepare new handouts for the counter regarding housing programs. <br />. Provided housing information to Neighborhood Block Groups and attended <br />Block Captains meeting. <br />. Disseminated 46 packets and answered questions regarding the Rambler <br />Redesign Program. Approved two Rambler Redesign Proposals (2444 Holton <br />Street N, and 699 Heinel Circle) <br />Coordinate and Partner with other Agencies for increase participation in Housing <br />Rehab and Replacement Programs <br />Provided support to GMHC in their application for rebate funds for the Coalition <br />Housing Resource Center Communities. <br />Purchased and demolished dilapidated home located at 2018 Hamline Ave as <br />part of the Housing Replacement Program. Contracted with GMHC for the <br />purchase of a new home to be sold to a first time homebuyer who qualified <br />under the Ramsey County First Home program. <br />Assist in expanding the Housing Resource Center along the 35W Corridor <br />. Assisted in the successful implementation of the Housing Resource Center along <br />the I35W Corridor Coalition Communities. <br />
