Review of Regular Meeting Agenda 5:30 — 5:34 p.m. <br />Regarding Item VIIL C., Kysylyczyn gave Beets some material Regular Meeting <br />from the Lillie Suburban Newspapers. Beets indicated Staff Agenda Review <br />would look into the materials. <br />No Council Member had any requests or additional information <br />on the regular agenda items. <br />IL Presentations <br />A. Citizen's Task Force Report about a Proposed County Road C <br />Streetscape Design for an Improved County Road C Task Force <br />Bloom introduced members of the County Road C <br />Citizens' Task Force. <br />Jeff Martin, of Dahlgren Shardlow and Uban, described <br />the traffic counts, character, and opportunities for <br />improving County Road C. He reviewed the goals and <br />objectives identified by the TaSk Force for each segment <br />of County Road C in Roseville. He spoke to design <br />guidelines for redevelopment along County Road C. He <br />overviewed potential street crosssections through the <br />corridor, including a landscaped median. He mentioned <br />potential streetscape construction materials, including <br />brick and limestone. <br />Kough asked whether the County Road C Project would <br />be similar to the Larpenteur Project. He also asked about <br />Design Guidelines influencing setbacks and parking lots. <br />
