Beets said that <br />would happen. <br />Land Use <br />Reports & Recommendations <br />A. Arona/Hamline Neighborhood Master Plan Update <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to approve the <br />schedule to continue with the Master Plan process for the <br />AronalHamline Neighborhood as outlined in the project <br />report of 2ll 1/01, that is <br />March 6, or April 3, 2002 -Planning Commission <br />Public Hearing to consider Planned Unit Development <br />Concept Master Plan for the Arona/Hamline <br />Neighborhood. Public notice will be provided through <br />mailings to over 1,200 residents (property owners and <br />renters) within 350 feet of the Arona site as identified in <br />the attached map. The meeting will also be advertised in <br />the Bulletin and posted on the City web page. <br />April 29, 2002 — City Council approval (with any <br />changes) of Arona/Hamline Neighborhood Master Plan. <br />Council direction to prepare a Request �br Proposals <br />and distribution to the development community. RFP <br />submission deadline June 17, 2002. <br />July and August 2002 -Review & recommend <br />preferred development proposal at Council Meeting. <br />September 2002 - Consider final PUD Agreement in <br />accordance with Master Plan completed by development <br />company or team. <br />October 2002 — Begin Phase I development of Arona <br />Site. <br />2003 - Phase I construction begins at Arona Site. <br />Welsch and Bennett overviewed the Arona-Hamline <br />Master Plan.
