Direction to Staff about Reviewing Applicants for the Human Rights <br />Human Rights Commission Vacancy Commission Applicant <br />Kysylyczyn moved to direct staff to organize the <br />assessment of the three applicants for the one vacancy on <br />the Human Rights Commission. <br />Kough spoke in favor of using the process of <br />interviewing applicants. <br />Klausing agreed with Kough <br />Maschka agreed with interviewing. <br />Schroeder asked what happens to applicants who are not <br />appointed. Under the current policy, their applications <br />are kept for one year and they are eligible for <br />appointment during that time. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Maschka seconded to interview the <br />three applicants for the one vacancy on the Human <br />Rights Commission. Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, <br />Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. Nays: <br />none. <br />VIL Ordinances & Resolutions <br />VIIL Consent Agenda <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of the <br />Consent Agenda. Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Schroeder, <br />Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />A. Approving Renewal of Facilities Lease Agreement Mpls Fire Department <br />with the Minneapolis Fire Department Facilities Lease <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, to approve the Renewal <br />Facilities Lease Agreement between the City of <br />Roseville Fire Department and the City of Minneapolis <br />Fire Department for the use of the North Campus Fire <br />Training Facility. Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Schroeder, <br />Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />B. Approving 2002 Contractor Licenses Contractor Licenses <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, to approve the <br />issuance of contractor licenses for those contractors on <br />the attached list. . Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Schroeder, <br />Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />
