Shallow Lots � <br />For rectangular lots under 130 feet in depth, or irregular <br />M lots averaging less than 130 feet in depth, the front footage <br />� <br />is determined by the actual lot area divided by 130 feet. <br />5. Corner Lots <br />In the case of a street ir�rovement project which abuts both <br />sides of a corner lot, the assessable front footage shall be <br />the dimension of the shorter. side plus one-third (1/3) of the <br />dimension of the long side. or the long side, whichever is <br />greater. This same formula wi 11 apply where the streets <br />abutting a corner lot are improved within five years of each <br />other. The maximwn amount that a corner lot can be assessed <br />� for street improvements is equal to the dimension of the <br />shorter side plus one-third of the longer side, or the longer <br />side, whichever is greater. within a 5 year period. <br />Where the proposed improvement proj ect is only along one side <br />of a corner lot, the front footage dimension along that same <br />side shall be used. <br />6.
