� e) Municipal State-Aid Projects <br />COtCm2rCid1, industrial or residential properties abutting a � <br />Municipal State-Aid street may be assessed at a reduced rate <br />according to the policy set forth in this portion of the Manual. <br />The reduced rate will reflect the typical cost of an equivalent <br />non-municipal State-Aid City project. This typical cost shall be <br />determined by the City Council and established by resolution from <br />time to time as necessary based upon comparable project data <br />available to the City. <br />1. New Construction Projects <br />a. Commercial/IndustrialRates <br />Coirmercial/Industrial properties abutting a Municipal <br />State-Aid street project will be assessed the equivalent <br />� cost of typical City carmercial/industrial street. This � <br />may include the cost of other amenities such as <br />sidewalks and additional lighting. Any incremental cost <br />� <br />�. • <br />of the Municipal State-Aid section in excess of the cost <br />of an equivalent comnercial/industrial street may be <br />funded with Municipal State-Aid construction funds. <br />b. Residential Rates <br />Residential properties abutting a Municipal State-Aid <br />street project will be assessed the equivalent cost of a <br />typical City residential street. This may include the <br />costs of other amenities such as sidewalks and ' <br />additional lighting. Any incremental cost of the <br />Municipal State-Aid section in excess of the cost of an <br />equivalent residential street may be funded with <br />Municipal State-Aid construction funds. <br />35 <br />
