Appeals to Oistrict Court <br />� Note: Inn order to appeal to district court, the property owner <br />must serve notice upon the Mayor or City Clerk within 30 days <br />of adopting of the assessment roll. They can only do this <br />after having filed a written signed obj ection prior to the <br />� assessment hearing or having presented same to the presiding <br />officer at the hearing.
