� <br />� <br />� <br />RESOLUTION • <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ARD EN HILLS <br />A RESOLUTION DEFERRING ASSESSED COST OF IMPROVEMENT FOR <br />IN THE MATTER OF <br />IMPROVEMENT OF 19_ <br />WHEREAS, the assessment for in the matter of <br />improvement has been adopted in the final assessment roll by the <br />Arden Hills City Council at their , i9 <br />public assessment hearing; and <br />WHEREAS. the property owner of has requested that <br />the City of Arden Hills defer the assessment for said property <br />as defined by Minnesota Statute No. 435.193; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owner of has established the <br />economic hardship of the assessment that would be incurred to the <br />reasonable satisfaction of the Arden Hills City Council: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota: <br />1, The Arden Hills City Council is of the opinion thatthe assessmentfor <br />S for the property owner at <br />would create an economic hardship. <br />2. The Arden Hills City Council has the authority as defined by Minnesota <br />Statute 435.193 to defer said assessment for <br />3. The assessment for is hereby deferred and shall <br />remain deferred until such time as any one of the following conditions <br />it met: <br />A) The Owner of the property dies and the spouse is not eligible for <br />a deferment: <br />B) the property is sold; or <br />C) the City Council determines that there is no longer hardship <br />incurred in immediately requiuring either full or partial payment <br />of the assessment. <br />4.
