A. <br />me provaL• Manager Reviewed Agenda Section <br />/�,� Hearings <br />� ��/� �(l ��D D yi/l� <br />Descri'ption: Big Bowl, Inc.'s application for an On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating liquor <br />license at 10 Rosedale Center. <br />Background <br />Big Bowl, Inc. applied for an On-Sa1e and Sunday Into�cating liquor licenses at 10 Rosedale Center. <br />The Police Chief has reviewed the records and finds no reason for denial of the licenses. The City <br />Attorney will review the application prior to the issuance of the licenses to ensure they are in order. <br />A representative from Big Bowl, Inc. will attend the hearing to answer any questions the Council <br />may have. <br />The City currently has 23 On-Sa1e and Sunday Into�cating liquor licenses issued. The ma�mum <br />number of On-Sa1e and Sunday Intoxicating liquor licenses allowed is 30. <br />Financial Lnplications <br />The revenue that is generated from the license fees collected is used to offset the cost of police <br />compliance checks, background investigations, enforcement of liquor laws, and license <br />administration. <br />Recommendations <br />It is recommended that the license be approved for the period April l, 2002 thru December 3 1, 2002. <br />Council Action <br />Motion approving/denying the On-Sale and Sunday Into�cating liquor license for Big Bowl, Inc. at <br />10 Rosedale Center for the year ending December 3 1, 2002. <br />
