B. <br />Manager Reviewed Agenda Section <br />�� _ � � , Hearings <br />Descri lOn: Romands Macaroni Grill's application for an On-Sale and Sunday <br />Intoxicating liquor license at 10 Rosedsle Center. <br />Background <br />Romano's Macaroni Grill applied for an On-Sale and Sunday Into�cating liquor licenses at 10 <br />Rosedale Center. The Police Chief has reviewed the records and finds no reason for denial of the <br />licenses. The City Attorney will review the application prior to the issuance of the licenses to ensure <br />they are in order. A representative from Romano's Macaroni Grill will attend the hearing to answer <br />any questions the Council may have. <br />The City currently has 23 On-Sa1e and Sunday Into�cating liquor licenses issued. The maximum <br />number of On-Sa1e and Sunday Intoxicating liquor licenses allowed is 30. <br />Financial Lnplications <br />The revenue that is generated from the license fees collected is used to offset the cost of police <br />compliance checks, background investigations, enforcement of liquor laws, and license <br />administration. <br />Recommendations <br />It is recommended that the license be approved for the period April l, 2002 thru December 3 1, 2002. <br />Council Action <br />Motion approving/denying the On-Sa1e and Sunday Into�cating liquor license for Romano's <br />Macaroni Grill at 10 Rosedale Center for the year ending December 3 1, 2002. <br />
