Agenda Review <br />II. <br />The Mayor then went to Item II.B. <br />Additional Staff Presentations <br />Agenda Change <br />A. Receive Odd/Even Year Election Task Force Report Odd/EvenYear <br />for Council Discussion Elections <br />B. North Metro I-35W Corridor Coalition Presentation <br />Joseph Strauss and Bob Benke, consultants from Strauss <br />Management, reviewed the Coalition's 200 1 <br />accomplishments and goals for 2002-2006. Among <br />other subjects, they touched upon the innovative <br />M&night Foundation grant proposal, their traffic <br />modeling work, and the extensive demographic data <br />supporting their Corridor "build-out study." Kough <br />asked about projects actually started and finished in the <br />Corridor and about priorities. Kysylyczyn noted three <br />positive Coalition activities: (i) the Housing Resource <br />Center, (ii) transportation traffic modeling, and (iu) <br />workplace studies. Schroeder appreciated the efforts of <br />Strauss Management and the Coalition to relieve, or not <br />worsen, traffic congestion. <br />The Mayor then went to Item II. F. <br />C.
