<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: February 22, 1971 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville met in regular session at <br />the Village Hall on Monday, the 22nd day of February, 1971, at <br />7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Acting Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Grauel, Anderson and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: :Mayor Moll <br /> <br />Counci Iman Anderson introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUfI<J\J NO. 5603 <br />RESOLUTION COMBINING IMPROVEMENTS <br />SS-70-15; W-70-16; P-70-17; SS-71-9; <br />SS-W-P-ST-71-10; SS-W-P-ST-71-11; <br />P-71-13; P-71-15; P-71-16; P-71-17; <br />AND P-71-18 AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON SAID COMBINED IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Rose- <br />ville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed the Village <br />Public Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to the <br />feasibility of the following improvements: <br /> <br />a. SS-70-15, W-70-16, P-70-17 consisting of <br />the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, bit- <br />uminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter on pro- <br />posed Heinel Drive between Sandy Hook Drive and <br />existing Heinel Drive. <br /> <br />b. SS-71-9 generally on the south side of <br />County Road D, west of Forest Lake Cut Off (Old <br />Highway 8) consisting of the construction of <br />sanitary sewer and necessary appurtenances. <br />
