EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF TI� CITY COUNCII, <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, NTinnesota, was duly held in the City Ha11 at 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the Sth day of May, 2002, at 6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following members were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING DATE <br />FOR PROPERTY ABATEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 463, and the City Code, <br />Chapter 407, the City council of the City of Roseville is authorized to determine <br />deteriorated building conditions within the City and to thereafter instruct the proper City <br />authorities to address the conditions through the abatement process when necessary; and, <br />WHEREAS, periodically the Community Development staff reviews properiy <br />Code violations to determine whether there are properties in disrepair that need repair to <br />meet the City Codes, and further have determined certain property owners whose <br />properties are in disrepair to be unable or unwilling to comply with the Code; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI� <br />CTTY OF ROSEVII,LE, MINNESOTA, that an abatement hearing date is hereby set for <br />7une 10, 2002 to consider properties located at 2154 Lexington Avenue, City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in fa�or <br />thereo£ <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this <br />day of 2002. <br />Q:1General CorrespondencelDonM\AbatementslItesolution_2154 Lexington.doc <br />
