Application for Gambling Premises Permit Renewal <br />Sackground <br />TSE, Inc. has applied for renewal of their Premises Permit to conduct charitable gambling activities at <br />O1' Mexico, located at 1754 Le�ngton Ave North. This renewal is for a two-year period and has <br />been approved by the Council in prior years. <br />Recommendation <br />Staff has reviewed this application including the required background checks and is recommending <br />approval. <br />Council Action <br />Motion approving TSE's request for a renewal of their gambling license Premises Permit for the ne�t <br />two-year period ending June 30, 2004. <br />
