SECTION 3. Title 10 of the Roseville City Code is amended by adding a new Chapter 1017 to read as follows: CHAPTER 1017 SEXUALLY ORIENTED USES 1017.01: PURPOSE: The purpose of this Chapter is to establish provisions for the opportunity as well as controls of se�ually oriented uses within the City of Roseville. 1017.02: GENERAL PROVISIONS: Se�ually oriented uses as defined in this ordinance sha11 be subject to the following general provisions. A. Activities classified as obscene as defined by Minn. Stat. § 617241 are not permitted and are prohibited. B. Se�ually oriented uses, either principal or accessory, shall be prohibited from locating in any building which is also used for residential purposes. C. Se�ually oriented uses, either principal or accessory, shall be prohibited from locating in any building which is also licensed to sell into�cating liquor, non- into�cating malt liquor or wine. D. A se�ually oriented use which does not qualify as a se�ually oriented use-accessory, sha11 be classified as a se�ually oriented use-principal. 1017.03: SEXUALLY ORIENTED USES - PRINCIPAL: A. Se�ually oriented uses-principal shall be located at least 1320 radial feet, as measured in a straight line from the closest point of the properiy line of the building upon which the se�ually oriented use, principal is located to the properiy line of: 1.
