May 1,2002 <br />To: The City Manager, City of Roseville <br />From: Don Harkcom, St. Christopher's Church <br />Sir: <br />It is the intent of St. Christopher's Episcopal Church to construct a coumbarium for <br />the use of parishioners and their families. To this end we submit a request for action <br />by the City Council to approve our site as a"cemetery" according to section <br />401.O1of city code. A check for the required fee aceompanys this communication. <br />I will be present at the council meeting and available to answer questions regarding <br />the operation of the columbarium. A draft of our operational rules is attached. It is <br />not expected that any changes will be made except in minor details since this has <br />been crafted from other Episcopal columbariums in the state. <br />. <br />e� <br />t�' <br />^ ��� <br />
