Ramsey County staff discovered <br />that the plan submitted to the City Council on April 8 contained one precinct with such a boundary. <br />To correct the error, the precinct line between Precincts 8 and 10 is adjusted to run along County <br />Road B from Dale and Rice Street. <br />
