Jamnik reviewed the new state <br />statute and distributed a memo outlining some options. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, to direct staff <br />to contact a sampling of potentially affected business <br />owners about a potential Roseville phosphorous <br />regulation or ban. <br />Maschka spoke about letting the marketplace determine <br />this. <br />Klausing asked for more time to digest the City <br />Attorney's materials. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough <br />and Kysylyczyn. Approving Use of City Hall grounds, July 5-23, 2002 <br />for Rosetown Players' Production of "Hello Dolly" <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to authorize the tent <br />set up on the east side of City Hall from July 5— 23, <br />2002 for the purpose of producing the community theatre <br />performance "Hello Dolly", with staff review and <br />approval of the final operations plan.
