City Council Meeting Minutes of May 20, 2002 <br />Kough correction to May 20, 2002 minutes regarding <br />discontinuing the Wrap-Kough made motion Schroeder <br />seconded it. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, to approve the <br />minutes of the May 20, 2002 City Council meeting <br />addition re Beets Review: Closed Executive Session: <br />Semi-Annual City Manager Evaluation. The review <br />of Mr. Beets was based on his first ten months in his <br />position as Manager, and discussions centered <br />around Manager/Council communication, public <br />relations, implementation of council directives, and <br />various management issues including the handling of <br />personnel matters. No adjustments to Mr. Beets <br />terms and conditions of employment were made. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, <br />Maschka and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />X. Other Business <br />A. Kough: Snelling Avenue is in need of mowing in the <br />medians--State has cut out that area in it spending. <br />Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, for staff to mow <br />the median and shoulder on Snelling Avenue and <br />have staff keep track of their time, and to be a one <br />time only project. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, <br />Maschka and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />
