B.- 1 <br />Agenda Section: <br />CONSENT <br />Request by Accessible Space, Inc. for Final Plat approval of Roselawn <br />Village Addition located in the southeast corner of Lexington Avenue <br />Roselawn Avenue (PF3224). <br />1.0 PROJECT REVIEW: <br />and <br />1.1 AS1 (Accessible Space Inc.) has requested approval of the final plat pertaining to the <br />redevelopment of the former Kath (Phillips 66) gas station site and the 2 adj oining parcels (4 <br />total parcels) into a two lots, Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 1, Roselawn Village Addition, an office <br />and supportive housing redevelopment. <br />1.2 On March 4, 2002, the Roseville City Council approved the General Concept Plan for AS 1 <br />(Accessible Space Inc.) and VSI Construction and the preliminary plat creating the necessary <br />parcels for the redevelopment project. Application submitted on April 10, 2002. <br />. Application Determined Complete on June l, 2002 <br />. 60-day review deadline on July 30, 2002 <br />. Staff Recommendations to City Council on the preliminary plat, comprehensive plan <br />amendment, property rezoning, final development plan, and planned unit development <br />agreements on June 17, 2002. <br />. Anticipated City Council Action — June 17; 2002. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />The planning staff recommends approval of the request for the final plat. <br />SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />By motion, approve of the request by AS1 and VSI Construction for final plat approval creating <br />a two-lot subdivision, Roselawn Village Addition. <br />Prepared by.
