B.-3 <br />Agenda Section: <br />CONSENT <br />[tem Description: Request by Accessible Space, Inc. and VSI Construction to rezone certain <br />property located in the southeast corner of Lexington Avenue and Roselawn <br />Avenue (PF32241. <br />1.0 REQUEST OVERVIEW: <br />1.1 On March 4, 2002, the Roseville City Council approved the General Concept Plan for AS 1 <br />(Accessible Space Inc.) and VSI Construction and approved the and first reading of an <br />ordinance rezoning the properiy said future redevelopment site from B- 1, Limited Business <br />District, B-2, Limited Retail District, and B-3, General Business District to Planned Unit <br />Development with an underlying zoning of B-1, Limited Business and R-3 General Residence <br />District. <br />1.2 The current request seeks the second and final reading of an ordinance completion the rezoning <br />of the future two lot office/supportive housing redevelopment. <br />2.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />2.1 The Community Development Department recommends that the second and final reading of an <br />ordinance rezoning certain property in the southeast corner of Le�ngton Avenue and Roselawn <br />Avenue from B- 1, Limited Business District, B-2, Limited Retail District, and B-3, General <br />Business District to Planned Unit Development with an underlying zoning of B-1, Limited <br />Business and R-3 General Residence District by approved (see attached ordinance). <br />3.0 SUGGESTED COUNCIL ACTION: <br />3.1 By motion approve final (second) reading of an ordinance rezoning Lot 1, Block 1, <br />Roselawn Village Addition (office site) from B- 1, Limited Business District, B-2, Limited <br />Retail District, and B-3, General Business District to Planned Unit Development with an <br />underlying (base) zoning of B- 1, Limited Business District; and <br />3.2 By motion approve final (second) reading of an ordinance rezoning Lot 2, Block 1, <br />Roselawn Village Addition (supportive housing site) from B-1, Limited Business District and <br />B-2, Limited Retail District to Planned Unit Development with an underlying (base) zoning of <br />R-3, General Residence District. <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke, City Planner (490-2236) <br />Attachments: Ordinances and maps. <br />PF3224 — RCA Rezoning 061702 Page 1 <br />
