Real Property Rezoned, Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br />of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF 3224, the <br />following properiy, generally located at 1906 Le�ngton Avenue and a portion of 1074 <br />Roselawn Avenue, City of Roseville, is hereby rezoned from B-1 Limited Business <br />District and B-2 Retail Business District to a Planned Unit Development with underlying <br />zoning of R-3 General Resident District. <br />The property being legally described as: Lot 2, Block 1, Roselawn Village <br />Addition. <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development # . The Planned Unit Development <br />standards and conditions of approval adopted for these properties sha11 be in addition to <br />a11 other applicable zoning requirements. <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code sha11 <br />take effect upon: <br />L The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2.
