C, <br />Auenda Section: <br />CONSENT <br />Itefii Descriprion: Request by Family Academy Charter School for an Interim Use Pem�it <br />to allow a modular classroom structure adjacent to the school use <br />within Advent Lutheran Church, 3000 Hamline Avenue (PF3392). <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br />1.1 Family Academy Charter School has submitted an application for an Interim Use Permit <br />to allow a temporary modular classroom building (two units, total size 56 foot by 72 foot) <br />on the south side of the school and adjacent to the front parking lot along Hamline <br />Avenue. <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br />. Application submitted on April 8, 2002. <br />. Determined incomplete on April 11, 2002. <br />. 60-day review deadline on June 10, 2002. <br />. 60-day e�tension to August 9, 2002 approved by Council on April 13, 2002. <br />. Staff Review: Approval w/conditions — Proj ect Report of June 5, 2002. <br />. Planning Commission: Recommendation to Approve (5 — 0) on June 5, 2002. <br />.
