EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of 7une 2002, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR FAMILY ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL AT 3000 HAMLINE AVENUE (PF 3392). WHEREAS, Family Academy Charter School has requested an interim use permit to a11ow the installation of a temporary modular classroom south of the school portion of Advent Lutheran Church; and WHEREAS, Family Academy and Advent Lutheran Church are located at 3000 Hamilne Avenue and legally described at as: The west four hundred thirty-eight (W. 438) feet of Government Lot three (3) except the South one thousand (S. 1000) feet thereof, Section three (3), Township twenty nine (29) North, Range twenty-three (23) West, lying South of the North boundary of Josephine Road (PID # 032923130077). WHEREAS, Section 1012.09A and B stipulated the requirements necessary to obtain an interim use permit; and WHEREAS, Family Academy proposes to install a 56 foot by 72 foot (4,032 sq. ft.) temporary modular facility for use a classroom space in the grass area south of the principal structure and east of the parking lot adjacent to Hamline Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the interim use permit request of Family Academy and recommended (5-O) to approve the request, based on the comments and findings outlined in Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6 of the proj ect report dated 6/OS/02. NOW TI�REFORE BE TT RESOLVID, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Family Academy and interim use permit consistent with Section 1012.09 A and B of the Roseville City Code based on the comments and findings in Section 5 of the project report dated June 17, 2002, and the following conditions:
