Plannin� File 3396: Request by Richard Vazquez for a 7-1/2 foot <br />variance to Section 1004.04D5 (Minimum Yard Requirements — Front <br />Yard Setback) to allow the construction of a porch onto the front of the <br />existing home at 812 Lovell Avenue, 22-1/2 feet from front property line. <br />Chairman Duncan opened the hearing and requested City Planner Thomas <br />Paschke provide a summary of the project report dated June 5, 2002. <br />Richard Vazquez has submitted an application for a 7.5 foot variance to Section <br />1004.04D5 (Minimum Yard Requirements — Front Yard Setback) to allow the <br />construction of a front porch onto his e�sting home at 8 12 Lovell Avenue, to <br />within 22.5 feet of the front property line. <br />Thomas Paschke reviewed the requirements for a variance and recommended <br />approval of the variance. <br />Mr. Vazquez explained he has remodeled much of the house including the <br />basement and the siding. <br />Member Cunningham commended the applicant on the design. <br />Chair Duncan closed the hearing. <br />1�Totion: 1�Tember 1�Tulder moved, seconded by 1�Tember Bakeman, to <br />recommend approval of a 7.5 foot variance from Section 1004.04D5 of the <br />Roseville City Code for Richard Vazquez, to allow construction of a covered <br />porch onto the existing principal structure at 812 Lovell Avenue, to within <br />22.5 feet of the front property line, based on the �ndings of Section 5 and <br />conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated June 5, 2002. <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />
