I have researched the option of building an attached garage <br />however it would almost double the cost of the project ($18,000 more), making it unfeasible. My lot is very <br />large and can easily accommodate a garage of the size that I am proposing I intend to use the garage to store <br />my new boat as well as some of my cars. I have three cars in particular that are of high value that I would like <br />to keep in the garage. <br />I own a very large lot at the address above (0.88 acres) and I also have a large home on that lot (2500 sq. ft <br />finished). The garage would perfectly complement the lot and the house. Additionally I am removing an old <br />unsightly garage and replacing it with a new garage that matches the house. This project would also include <br />refurbishing the existing old shed in the back yard and making it match the house as we1L I use the shed to <br />keep my ciding mower, two push mowers, a couple of motorcycles and several other yard tools. <br />I have lived here for seven years and I intend to live in Roseville for a long time to come.
