Approving Knut Dahman request for a Variance to <br />Section 1004,OIA4 and a Conditional Use Permit to <br />Allow the Construction of a Second Detached <br />Building 32 x 30 feet, Adjacent to the Existing Home <br />at 1055 Shryer Avenue (PF3397) <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to adopt a <br />resolution approving a 171 square foot variance to <br />Section 1004,O1A4 of the Roseville City Code to allow <br />construction of a detached accessory building 840 <br />square feet in size in the rear yard adj acent to the <br />principal structure for property located at 1055 Shryer <br />Avenue, based on the comments and findings in Section <br />4 and 5 of the project report dated June 17,2002.
