Request by Accessible Space, Inc. and VSI <br />Construction to rezone certain property located in <br />the southeast corner of Lexington Avenue and <br />Roselawn Avenue <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to approve the <br />final reading of an ordinance rezoning Lot 1, Block <br />Roselawn Village Addition (office site) from B-1, <br />Limited Business District, B-2, Limited Retail <br />District, and B-3, General Business District to <br />Planned Unit Development with an underlying <br />(base) zoning of B-1, Limited Business District, and <br />to approve the final reading of an ordinance <br />rezoning Lot 2, Block 1, Roselawn Village Addition <br />(supportive housing site) from B-1, Limited <br />Business District and B-2, Limited Retail District to <br />Planned Unit Development with an underlying <br />(base) zoning of R-3, General Residence District. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, and <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: Maschka. <br />4. Request by Accessible Space, Inc. and VSI <br />Construction to approve the Final Development <br />Plan and a two lot Planned Unit Development in <br />the southeast corner of Lexington Avenue and <br />Roselawn Avenue <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to approve the <br />Final PUD Development Plan of the A S W S I <br />redevelopment proj ect in the southeast corner of <br />Lexington Avenue and Roselawn Avenue as being <br />consistent with the City Council's General Concept <br />Plan approval granted on May 6,2002, and accept it <br />as a portion of the Planned Unit Development. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, and <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: Maschka. <br />5.
