_ � <br />�� <br />EXTRACT �' 1VIlI�lUIES �' MEETING �' Tf� <br />CITY COUNCIL �' TI� CITY �' ROSEVII.LE <br />t a f f f f f ■ <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in <br />the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Thursday, <br />the eighteenth day of September, 1986, at 7:30 o�eloek p,m. <br />The following members were present: <br />Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Demos. <br />and the following were absent <br />None. <br />Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE90LIJ1ION N0. 8 012 <br />RE90LUlION AUTHORIZING AMENDING SECTION 2(b) <br />OF I'REVIOUSLY ADOPTED �`�SE5,4VIQVI' POLICIES <br />IDENTIFIED I N RESOLUIION No. 7506 BY ELIMINATING <br />THIS SECTION ON ��SES,SMEIVVI' RATES <br />WHE�2FA� the city has on this date adopted a Pavement Management Program; and <br />W�� said program contains several new policies relating to street <br />maintenance and reconstruction; and <br />WHE�2FA� these new policies make the continuation of a 22%assessment rate <br />possibility impractical; <br />'TI�REFORE BE I T R�50L,UID by the City Council of the City of Roseville as � <br />follows: That Section 2(b) concerning potential 22� assessment rates for <br />reconstruction of streets is hereby amended to eliminate this section of the <br />policies that was adopted as part of Resolution No. 7506 on May 9, 1983. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member Johnson . Upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: All present, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />VV� said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the City <br />Council, of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, this 18th day of September, 1986. <br />
