A. <br />Agenda Section <br />Organizational Business <br />Sheila Stowell, the individual I spoke about at last Monday's Council Meeting, will be at your ne�t meeting to <br />record the minutes. <br />Because of a conflict with taking minutes for West St. Paul, she will arrive at our meeting around 7:30 p.m. <br />We are both using this as a"test cruise" to make sure you, the Council, gain confidence in Ms. Stowell's <br />minutes, and she feels comfortable in our setting. <br />If you prefer a different minute-taker, we can share with you the survey work we have done with other <br />communities about their minute-takers. <br />
