EXTRACT OF NIINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCII, CITY OF ROSEVII,LE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, NTinnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, NTinnesota, on Monday, the 12th day of August, 2002, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: . Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RESOLUTION ORDERING CITY PROJECT P-02-16 COUNTY ROAD C RECONSTRUCTION — PHASE I WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted 7uly 22, 2002, fixed a date for a public hearing on Project P-02-16 and; WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on August 12, 2002; and NOW 'T'�TFRFFORE BE TT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, NTinnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of NTinnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on August 12, 2002, to consider the proposed construction of Project P-02- 16 consisting of the installation of concrete curb and gutter, colored crosswalks, colored concrete in the medians, sidewalks, some landscaping pedestrian lighting sanitary sewer repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting County Road C (between Long Lake Road and East Snelling Service Drive) as described in the Notice of Hearings at a cost presently estimated at $7,587,269 and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; at which a11 persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and ha�ing considered the views of all interested persons, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement sha11 be constructed and financed and that a11 streets be constructed substantially as recommended in the feasibility report. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: .
