EXTRACT OF NIINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCII, <br />CITY OF ROSEVII,LE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, NIIl�TNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, NTinnesota, was duly held in the City Ha11 at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 12th day of August, 2002, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following were absent: . <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING CITY PROJECT <br />M-01-12 COUNTY ROAD C STREETSCAPE — PHASE I <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted 7uly 22, 2002, <br />fixed a date for a public hearing on Project M-01 -12 and; <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on August 12, 2002; and <br />NOW TI�REFORE BE IT RESOLVID by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of NTinnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council <br />held a public hearing on August 12, 2002, to consider the proposed construction of Project M-OI- <br />12 consisting of the installation of landscaping and other streetscape appurtenances within the <br />right-of-way of County Road C(between Long Lake Road and East Snelling Service Drive) as <br />described in the Notice of Hearings at a cost presently estimated at $766,000 and substantially in <br />accordance with the preliminaty report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the <br />office of the City Manager; at which a11 persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to <br />be heard thereon, and ha�ing considered the views of a11 interested persons, the Council does <br />hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed and that a11 <br />improvements be constructed substantially as recommended in the revised feasibility report. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in fa�or thereo£ and the following voted against the <br />same: . <br />
