EXTRACT OF NIINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCII, CITY OF ROSEVII,LE RAMSEY COUNTY, NIIl�TNESOTA Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, NTinnesota, was duly held in the City Ha11 at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 12th day of August, 2002, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: . Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RESOLUTION ORDERING CITY PROJECT M-01-12 COUNTY ROAD C STREETSCAPE — PHASE I WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted 7uly 22, 2002, fixed a date for a public hearing on Project M-01 -12 and; WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on August 12, 2002; and NOW TI�REFORE BE IT RESOLVID by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of NTinnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on August 12, 2002, to consider the proposed construction of Project M-OI- 12 consisting of the installation of landscaping and other streetscape appurtenances within the right-of-way of County Road C(between Long Lake Road and East Snelling Service Drive) as described in the Notice of Hearings at a cost presently estimated at $766,000 and substantially in accordance with the preliminaty report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; at which a11 persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and ha�ing considered the views of a11 interested persons, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed and that a11 improvements be constructed substantially as recommended in the revised feasibility report. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in fa�or thereo£ and the following voted against the same: .
