The areas Realtors have reviewed our proposed housing concept and all have given strong
`support for the Great House. The most frequent comment we have heard is "finally an
innovative concept that would be widely accepted and will meet the needs, and demands for the
current residents of Roseville." In addition the Great House gives the local residents the
opportunity to continue to keep their equity in Roseville real estate with continued appreciation.
Most any senior that would roll their esting equity into any unit type at Primrose Village would
not have a house payment, and would only have an association fee per month that is around
$150.00 (based upon other developments).
MetroPlains Development has spent a lot of time listening to Council, Residents, and Staff and
believes that our plan fits in with the architectural fabric of the neighborhood. We strongly
believe that working with a Development Team that lives in Roseville, works in Roseville,
worships in Roseville, would be in the best interest for the community.
Sincerely,
L._..
Jea.nne A. Kelsey
Assistant Vice President
