E. <br />Reports/Recommendations <br />City Council, <br />Ankeny Kell will be present to share the most recent information <br />with you about cost estimates and design concepts. <br />We do not have all of that information, today, Thursday, August 8, <br />but will distribute information as soon as we receive it. The cost <br />estimate for a revised renovation plan for our Public Works <br />Maintenance Facility is attached. <br />We need to have a discussion with you about what costs are <br />included in the bond referendum amount, and what costs, if any, <br />are paid for outside the bond referendum. <br />Neal <br />
